Show-Me - Part 1

Here we are on our first full day here at the Show-Me convention, and what happens?  I wake up feeling sick.  So, we get up and run out to find a doctor that accepts walk-ins as we dont want this to end up ruining the trip.    

We found one who said it was just a little infection, and gave me some antibiotics, and said I couldn't kiss anyone for 24 hours.    Damn!

We got back to the hotel and sat by the pool for awhile, watching the people partying there before going upstairs to get ready for the nights party.   I figure while I may not be able to kiss at all or touch much, its still fun to go!

It did not take us long to realize the impromptu party out at the pool was a lot more exciting then the one inside, so we headed out that way.    We only ended up there about 10 minutes before I realized I did not have a room key, so we went to the reception desk to take care of that, and by the time we made it back up to our room, we just ended up crashing early.
